3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that:

- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
- Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or policy violations.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
All returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims are governed by our Return Policy and Warranty Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Refunds, if approved, are issued as store credit only unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Proper Use & Care
Our products must be used only as intended and in accordance with provided care instructions.
Damage resulting from:

- Dishwashers (unless stated dishwasher-safe)
- Excessive heat/Excessive cold
- Alteration or misuse
is not covered under warranty.
