SNAP! Product Use & Care Guide

Thank you for choosing SNAP! – The Cold, Customizable Snackboard™
Please read and follow these instructions before first use.

Intended Use

SNAP! is designed exclusively for serving and displaying cold foods.

Ideal for:

  • Cheese
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Charcuterie
  • Dips
  • Chilled appetizers
  • Desserts
  • Snacks

Not intended for:

  • Hot foods
  • Cooking
  • Baking
  • Microwave use
  • Oven use
  • Stovetop use
  • Open flame exposure

Before First Use

  1. Wash thoroughly with warm water and mild dish soap.
  2. Rinse and dry completely.
  3. Place the board flat in the freezer for a minimum of 12 hours before use.

Freezing Instructions

For optimal cooling performance:

  1. Place the board flat in the freezer.
  2. Freeze for at least 12 hours before serving.
  3. Remove from the freezer immediately before use.
  4. Return the clean, dry board to the freezer between uses.

For best results: Serve refrigerated foods on a fully frozen board.

Care & Cleaning

Hand Wash Only

  • Wash with warm water and mild dish soap.
  • Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Dry completely before storing or freezing.

Do Not:

  • Place in the dishwasher.
  • Use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Soak for extended periods.
  • Use bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Expose to excessive heat or open flames.

Inspection & Safe Use

Inspect your SNAP! board immediately upon arrival.

If the product arrives damaged:

  • Do not use the product.
  • Contact SNAP! Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

During use, if the board becomes cracked, punctured, chipped, warped, leaking, or otherwise compromised, discontinue use immediately and contact SNAP! Customer Support.

Materials & Compliance

SNAP! products are manufactured using durable, food-safe materials, including:

  • ABS Plastic
  • Polypropylene Plastic

The board contains a permanently enclosed, non-toxic cooling core designed to provide long-lasting cooling performance without maintenance.

The cooling core is permanently sealed within the product and is not user-serviceable.

PFAS Statement

SNAP! products are manufactured without intentionally added PFAS.

Food Safety

SNAP! helps maintain cooler serving temperatures but is not a substitute for refrigeration.

Users remain responsible for proper food handling, food storage, and compliance with recommended food safety practices.

Perishable foods should not be left out beyond recommended serving times.

Storage

  • Store clean and dry.
  • May be stored in the freezer between uses.
  • Store flat whenever possible.
  • Avoid placing excessive weight on the board during storage.

Handles

  • Hand wash only.
  • Verify secure attachment before lifting.

Frosted Lid

  • Hand wash only.
  • Avoid impacts and excessive force.

End Caps, Slim Snap™ & V-Snap™ Connectors

  • Hand wash and dry thoroughly before storage.
  • Inspect periodically for wear or damage.

Product Integrity Warning

⚠ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

If your SNAP! board becomes punctured, cracked, chipped, warped, leaking, or otherwise compromised, discontinue use immediately.

Do Not:

  • Repair
  • Drill
  • Cut
  • Modify
  • Open the board

SNAP! contains a permanently sealed cooling core filled with non-toxic refrigerant material. While the cooling core is designed for long-term durability and safe use, any damaged product should be removed from food service immediately and replaced.
